Labor and Employment Associate Attorney

A law firm is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney for their Los Angeles, CA office. The candidate will join a dynamic team of litigators, working closely with established clients and offering significant opportunities for professional growth.

Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and memoranda.
• Represent clients in labor and employment-related proceedings, including administrative hearings and court trials.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients on a wide range of labor and employment law matters.
• Assist with client consultations and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Admitted to the California Bar.
• Preference for candidates with labor and employment litigation experience, particularly in wage and hour matters.
• General civil litigation experience is welcome.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California Bar.
