Spokane office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an immigration attorney with 1+ years of experience, including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services. The candidate will be leading a team and providing a profitable contribution to the work of the practice to ensure the successful development of the firm. Will be building a client base by successfully marketing the firm's services. Providing advice, guidance, and thorough supervision to fee-earners and support staff within their own practice. Achieving agreed financial targets, both with respect to fee income and chargeable hours. Ensuring compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws. Identifying business requirements resulting from new and evolving privacy laws and regulations. Performing quality legal work with very limited review, oversees entire matter files from case initiation, and case strategy/planning, including regular status conferences with clients throughout the process until successful completion of the case. Meeting with clients to determine case strategy based on their goals and the law. Assessing eligibility for relief from removal proceedings and representing detained and non-detained clients in removal proceedings in Immigration Court. Representing clients at USCIS interviews; preparing case strategy and clients/witnesses for court/USCIS testimony; oversight of court hearings and USCIS interviews. Drafting, reviewing, and filing appropriate court pleadings, including legal motions, petitions, and briefs; preparing appropriate immigration applications. Participating in training and working closely with staff to draft and implement program protocols, workflow processes, and case-related policies and procedures. Responsible for legal operations consistent with the firm's mission and principles while playing a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing activities, and producing the legal team while also working closely with the administrative team. Communicating with third parties, courts, and opposing counsel, delegating to the Legal Team when appropriate. Participating in daily meetings with assigned support staff to collaborate on case strategy and determine case statuses, reports case statuses on a monthly basis to the Firm Owner. Providing excellent customer service while building client rapport and trust. Should have solid experience in Data Protection. Must ideally have good experience in Professional Services, Real Estate, and Healthcare. Must be admitted to practice law in the United States and in good standing.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school. Should possess strong commercial and stakeholder management skills. Interpersonal and organizational skills of the highest caliber, as well as excellent writing, research, and analytical skills, are required.
