Corporate Associate Attorney

A law firm based in West Palm Beach is seeking a highly qualified Corporate Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions. The ideal candidate should possess strong drafting and organizational skills coupled with excellent academic credentials. The successful candidate will have Am Law 100 law firm experience, a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school, and State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents related to private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Provide legal advice and support to clients on corporate matters.
• Conduct legal research to stay informed on industry trends and regulations.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex legal matters.
• Attend and participate in client meetings, negotiations, and other legal proceedings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and joint venture transactions.
• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• State Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.
• Experience with Am Law 100 law firms.
