A law firm seeks a Senior Real Estate Associate Attorney for their West Palm Beach, FL, office. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Job Overview:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and ensure those objectives are achieved through appropriate transaction documents.
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical and writing skills in drafting legal documents and conducting research.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and ensure accuracy in all aspects of work.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to real estate transactions and matters.
  • Draft and review commercial real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and lending documents.
  • Advise clients on legal issues and potential risks related to real estate transactions.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with opposing parties and represent clients in negotiations.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior associates and legal staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • Top academic credentials from a reputable law school.
  • 5-8 years of commercial real estate experience, including purchases, lending, and leasing.
  • Experience working in a law firm with a substantial commercial real estate practice is preferred.
  • Membership in good standing with The Florida Bar is required.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Membership in The Florida Bar.
