Duties:

  • Draft a variety of estate planning documents, including revocable and irrevocable trusts.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on trust administration, asset protection, and tax-efficient strategies.
  • Collaborate with clients and other legal professionals to ensure clients' objectives are met.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to stay current with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent clients in estate and trust litigation, if necessary.
  • Manage a caseload and maintain accurate and organized legal records.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on trusts and estates.
  • Extensive experience in trust administration and estate planning for high-net-worth clients.
  • Exceptional written, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
  • Admission to the State Bar of California is mandatory.
  • Preferred: Experience working in a large law firm.
  • Preferred: LL.M. in Taxation.
