This full-time, in-office position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside seasoned attorneys and legal staff on a variety of family court matters. The role is ideal for a recent law graduate licensed in South Carolina who is eager to learn, collaborate, and build a long-term career in family law.

Location:

  • Myrtle Beach, South Carolina

Duties:

  • Assist in handling family court cases including divorce, custody, child support, and adoption

  • Collaborate with experienced family law attorneys and paralegals

  • Conduct legal research and draft court documents

  • Attend court hearings under supervision

  • Communicate with clients regarding case developments

  • Manage deadlines and ensure accurate documentation

  • Take initiative on independent tasks while contributing in a team environment

Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice law in South Carolina

  • Completion of Rule 403 requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
