Job Details:

Duties:

  • Handle state and federal court litigation cases with a focus on business litigation, including product liability matters.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
  • Conduct depositions and effectively engage in discovery processes.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in trials and arbitration hearings.
  • Provide legal counsel and strategic advice to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in state and federal court litigation.
  • Specialized experience in product liability cases is highly desirable.
  • Excellent academic and professional credentials.
  • Strong research and writing ability.
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a legal team.
  • Clerkship experience is preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the California State Bar.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the California State Bar.
