A law firm in Tampa, FL, is currently seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney with a strong background in complex commercial real estate transactions. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, showcasing expertise in reviewing title commitments and surveys, and issuing title insurance policies.

Duties:

  • Manage and execute complex commercial real estate transactions from inception to closing.
  • Review and analyze title commitments, surveys, and other relevant documents.
  • Issue title insurance policies and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide legal counsel on real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to negotiate and finalize agreements.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and participate in due diligence processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all aspects of real estate transactions.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
