Mid-level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney

A law firm in Littleton is seeking a talented Mid-level Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong research capabilities, exemplary writing skills, and a very strong academic record. They must have experience representing clients in various intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, and copyright infringement. The role involves managing all stages of litigation, from pre-filing investigations through appeal, and drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs. Experience before the PTAB is also preferred. Duties:

• Conduct pre-suit due diligence investigations and develop case strategies.
• Manage complex discovery and negotiate discovery matters.
• Assist in taking and defending depositions.
• Argue evidentiary motions, claim construction, and dispositive motions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, pre-trial briefings, and appeal briefs.
• Represent clients in all stages of litigation from pre-filing investigations through appeal.
• Handle various types of intellectual property disputes, including patent infringement, trade secret misappropriation, trademark infringement, and copyright infringement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a technological or scientific field preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
• Strong research capabilities and exemplary writing skills.
• Very strong academic record.
• Experience representing clients in all stages of litigation.
• Experience with pre-filing investigations, case strategy development, and managing complex discovery.
• Experience in taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and drafting briefs.
• Experience litigating various types of intellectual property disputes.
• Experience before the PTAB is preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a technological or scientific field preferred.
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
