Job Overview

Duties

• Assist in handling bid protests and claims.
• Engage in False Claims Act investigations and litigation.
• Support compliance and due diligence in M&A transactions.
• Advise on cybersecurity and grant-related issues.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of government contracts-related experience.
• Demonstrated interest in government contracts.
• Experience in a law firm or federal agency preferred.

Education

• Law degree with coursework in government contracts preferred.

Certifications
