This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with 4–6 years of employment litigation experience who is adept at managing a diverse caseload in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in employment law and demonstrate excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills. Location:

  • Cleveland, OH

Duties:

  • Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery in employment litigation matters

  • Prepare position statements for government agencies

  • Argue motions in court and handle oral advocacy responsibilities

  • Take and defend depositions

  • Participate in mediations, arbitrations, agency hearings, and trials

  • Manage litigation caseload from inception to resolution under partner supervision

  • Collaborate with colleagues across the labor and employment practice group

  • Deliver high-quality legal work in a deadline-driven, client-focused environment

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of employment litigation experience

  • Demonstrated experience in agency proceedings, depositions, motion practice, and discovery

  • Proven ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and effectively

  • Commitment to providing exceptional client service

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Ohio Bar (required)
