Duties:
• Represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including complex corporate disputes.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis related to cases.
• Handle discovery processes, including e-discovery.
• Prepare for and participate in depositions and court appearances.

Requirements:
• 13 years of experience in commercial litigation.
• Strong background in representing clients in corporate and commercial disputes.
• Proficiency in pleadings, motions, and discovery practice, including e-discovery.
• Experience with depositions and court appearances is preferred.
• Admission to NY Bar.

Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
