Duties:

  • Utilize legal software systems for documentation, client communication, and time tracking

  • Keep clients informed throughout their case and maintain a client-first approach

  • Stay current with legislative changes and court rulings impacting matrimonial law

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in family or matrimonial law

  • Demonstrated courtroom and mediation experience

  • Active license to practice law in New Jersey with a clean disciplinary record

  • Ability to travel to courts across the state as needed

  • High-speed internet and a professional home office setup for remote work

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New Jersey State Bar
