A law firm in Dallas is seeking an IP Litigation Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the pace and expectations of this highly specialized practice, possess AmLaw 200 or equivalent experience, and have exceptional legal writing skills.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle intellectual property litigation matters from initiation to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and document review.
  • Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and trials.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
  • Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients in IP matters.
  • Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
  • Stay updated on changes in IP laws and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
  • AmLaw 200 or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with the pace and expectations of highly specialized IP practice.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Relevant Bar admission.
