  • Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.

  • Assisting in patent strategy development and portfolio management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
  • Experience in patent prosecution within 5G, Wi-Fi, AI, processor and memory systems, image processing, and RF front-end technologies.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Registered with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO) or eligible to register.
  • Admitted to and in good standing of the Bar, or eligible to waive in.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Registration with the United States Patent Trademark Office (USPTO).
