The ideal candidate should have significant experience in drafting and negotiating office, retail and industrial leases, purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, and other ancillary commercial real estate documents. Should also be comfortable through the escrow and closing process. "Big Law" experience is preferred. Must be admitted to practice law in California.
