Duties:

  • Assist in case management, including maintaining case files and deadlines.
  • Stay abreast of developments in appellate law and procedure.

 

Requirements:

  • Completed Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Experience as a judicial clerk, particularly at a federal or state appellate court.
  • Strong academic credentials demonstrating excellence in legal studies.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
  • Proficient oral communication skills for effective advocacy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Admission to the California State Bar (or willingness to become admitted).

 

Education:
