Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis related to construction litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Collaborate with clients and peers to develop case strategies.
• Provide legal counsel on construction-related matters.
• Join the Construction group within the law firm.
• Handle construction litigation matters, including construction defect or delay claims, design negligence, breach of contract claims, and payment disputes.

Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in litigation.
• Interest in building a career in the construction industry.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
