Duties

• Represent clients in court proceedings.

• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to manage case files and deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to maintain strong relationships.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Georgia and in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in litigation or a related field.
• Preference for candidates with first party property litigation experience.
