Duties

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of insurance coverage cases.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver integrated legal solutions.
• Represent clients in negotiations and dispute resolution proceedings.
• Stay current on industry trends and legal developments in insurance law.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to the South Carolina Bar.
• Minimum of four years of experience in insurance coverage law.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education
