Job Overview:

The Finance Corporate Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal support in corporate finance matters, including commercial finance transactions, loan originations, and real estate financings. The role entails drafting various financial documents, advising on covenant compliance, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and handling multiple assignments with minimal supervision.

Duties:

  • Draft loan agreements, security documents, inter-creditor agreements, and related legal documents.
  • Provide legal counsel on covenant compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Lead due diligence teams and oversee the review of financial documents.
  • Manage specialists such as paralegals and legal assistants.
  • Handle various legal assignments related to corporate finance transactions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law (JD) from an accredited institution.
  • Admission to the state bar and eligibility to practice law in Indiana.
  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate finance or related field.
  • Experience working with financial institutions and borrowers in commercial finance transactions.
