The ideal candidate should possess relevant industry affiliations and demonstrate excellent counseling, writing, and hands-on litigation skills. Labor and employment experience would be considered a plus. As an eDiscovery Associate Attorney, the candidate will be responsible for managing electronic discovery processes, ensuring legal compliance, and providing support in various legal matters. Duties:

  • Conducting legal research and analysis related to eDiscovery matters.
  • Managing and overseeing electronic discovery processes and workflows.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in the State Bar.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in eDiscovery.
  • Strong knowledge of eDiscovery tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with labor and employment law is a plus.
