Requirements:

  • California Bar membership in good standing
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience practicing law with a focus on complex civil litigation and/or professional liability matters
  • Strong academic credentials, including a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
  • Demonstrated track record of success in handling professional liability cases from inception to resolution
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active membership in the State Bar of California
