The ideal candidate will handle a diverse caseload of general civil litigation matters, conduct legal research, draft legal documents, represent clients in court hearings and trials, and collaborate closely with paralegals for efficient case management.

Duties:

• Handle a diverse caseload of general civil litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and case preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Prepared for and represented clients in court hearings and trials.
• Collaborate closely with your assigned paralegal for efficient case management.
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel to negotiate settlements and resolutions.
• Stay current with changes in laws and regulations that may impact cases.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the state bar in Illinois.
• 5 years of experience in general civil litigation is preferred.

Education:
