Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney for its Minneapolis, MN office. The ideal candidate will conduct legal research, draft discovery and motions, participate in depositions and hearings, and collaborate closely with the team to develop a case strategy.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research to support litigation proceedings.
• Draft discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and other court proceedings.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and legal staff to develop case strategy and tactics.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a law firm or clerkship role.
• JD from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic background.
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to draft clear and persuasive legal documents.
• Admittance to the Minnesota State Bar (preferred but not required).
