Duties:

  • Conducting patent prosecution focusing on Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, ML, or Robotics.
  • Managing patent portfolios and providing strategic advice on portfolio development.
  • Involvement in patent analysis, opinions of counsel, and Inter Partes Reviews (IPRs).
  • Handling matters related to blockchain, distributed ledgers, video codec, cloud platforms and computing.
  • Learning and embracing new skills and best practices as the position evolves.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of prosecution experience at a firm or in-house.
  • Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, ML, or Robotics.
  • Admission to the USPTO is a plus.
  • Experience with patent analysis/opinions of counsel and IPRs is a plus.

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Data Science, ML, or Robotics.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the USPTO is a plus.
