Mid-Level Real Estate Associate Attorney

A law firm in Tallahassee, FL, is seeking a Mid-Level Real Estate Associate Attorney. The attorney will primarily work on matters involving the Distressed High Yield Bond Workout and Public Finance Groups. The candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, be willing to take on significant responsibilities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Handle matters related to the Distressed High Yield Bond Workout and Public Finance Groups
• Assist in complex commercial real estate transactions
• Work on behalf of developers involving mezzanine, new market tax credit, and/or conduit bond financing
• Conduct legal research and analysis
• Draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
• Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve desired outcomes

Requirements:

• 4+ years of complex commercial real estate experience
• Experience with mezzanine, new market tax credit, and/or conduit bond financing preferred

Education:

Juris Doctor degree

Certifications:

Admission to the Florida Bar
