The candidate should preferably have experience managing multiple attorneys, legal assistants, and staff in a fast-paced practice. Experience in effectively advocating for clients in Virginia state and federal courts is desired. Must be Licensed to practice law in Virginia.

The candidate should preferably have a portable caseload and proven skills to grow new and existing books of business. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills are desired.
