A law firm seeks a Construction and Design Associate Attorney in Seattle, WA.

Job Overview:

The Construction and Design Associate Attorney will work on various construction and design contracts, utilizing different project delivery systems, alongside handling a diverse range of litigation matters concerning construction projects, both public and private.

Duties:

  • Work on various construction and design contracts utilizing different project delivery systems.
  • Handle litigation matters related to construction projects, including industrial, multi-family, commercial, and large residential developments.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with colleagues, clients, and industry partners.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented approach and pride in work.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years of sophisticated construction law experience.
  • Previous clerkship experience at the appellate or federal level.
  • JD from an accredited university.
  • Active membership in or commitment to applying for the Washington State Bar.
