The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse array of private equity sponsored financing transactions. Duties:Work on a broad range of private equity sponsored financing transactions, including leveraged financings, term loan and revolver facilities, cash flow and asset based loan facilities, and mezzanine credit facilities.Manage closing processes for various transactions.Review and draft loan documents, including commitment letters, term sheets, loan agreements, and collateral documents.Prioritize borrower-side representation; experience with lender-side representation, especially private credit lenders, is desired.Engage in effective verbal and written communication with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and respond to correspondence efficiently.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work product.Meet deadlines and expectations while maintaining a high standard of work.Foster positive work relationships within the firm.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in both physical and sedentary activities as required by the job.
