Associate Attorney needed for Purchase office

A law firm in Purchase, NY is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-5 years’ experience representing architects and engineers and handling complex construction claims. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload under the supervision of partners, handling various legal tasks including drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery responses, conducting legal research and writing memorandums, attending hearings and court conferences, conducting and defending depositions, attending inspections, consulting with expert witnesses, participating in mediations, and preparing for and conducting trials.
