Job Duties:

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, employers, third-party administrators, colleagues, and judges.
• Assist with case management, including preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and development.
• Maintain organized case files and documentation.
• Attend continuing legal education programs to stay updated on legal developments.

Requirements:

• Admission to the California State Bar in good standing.
