Banking and Debt Finance Associate Attorney

New York City office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a banking and debt finance associate attorney with 1-3 years of relevant experience. Must have meaningful experience representing lenders, borrowers, private equity sponsors, and/or other institutional investors in connection with credit facilities and other debt financings. Experience with any of the following is helpful: asset-based loans; project or infrastructure finance; cross-border or international transactions; high yield bonds; inter-creditor arrangements. The candidate must be a member in good standing of the New York Bar.

The candidate must have excellent interpersonal and drafting skills and a willingness to collaborate; a superior client service orientation and a strong work ethic. Must have the ability to juggle and take primary responsibility for multiple files; work well both independently and in a team-oriented environment; and good judgment.
