Duties:

• Assist with litigation matters focused on construction liability and design professional defense

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and memoranda

• Participate in discovery, including depositions and document review

• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation

• Engage with clients and contribute to case development

• Receive mentorship aimed at building case management and trial-readiness skills over time

• Adapt to ongoing feedback to support professional development

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of relevant legal practice experience, preferably in litigation or professional liability

• Demonstrated interest in construction-related legal matters or defending licensed design professionals

• Ability to work within a collaborative, team-based legal setting

• A track record of stability and commitment in previous roles is preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice law in New Jersey (active and in good standing)
