A law firm is currently seeking a Senior-level Global Franchise And Supply Network Attorney to join their team in Miami, FL.

Job Overview:

The Senior-level Global Franchise And Supply Network Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support in the structuring, drafting, and negotiation of agreements related to domestic and international franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements. The role involves offering regulatory advice, handling dispute resolution, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Experience in international licensing or franchising is highly desirable.

Duties:

• Structure, draft, and negotiate agreements for domestic and international franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Provide legal counsel on regulatory matters related to franchise operations and supply network.
• Handle dispute resolution arising from franchise and supply chain agreements.
• Stay abreast of relevant legal developments and ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements in the field of franchise and supply chain.
• Experience in international licensing or franchising is a plus.
• High level of academic achievement in law.
• Previous law firm experience is required.
• Superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Bar in the state of Florida.
