Duties

  • Draft estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and health care directives

  • Conduct client consultations and provide tailored estate planning recommendations

  • Maintain strong client relationships and guide clients through the estate planning process

  • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a seamless client experience

  • Perform legal research related to estate planning and probate laws

  • Maintain accurate documentation and case records

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona, or expected to obtain licensure shortly

  • Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client matters

  • Professional demeanor with a client-centered approach

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Active Arizona State Bar license (or pending licensure)

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

  • Familiarity with estate planning concepts preferred but not required
