Job Overview

A law firm seeks a motivated and dynamic senior associate or special counsel to join its national and international insurance coverage practice in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in insurance coverage, including litigation, analysis, and drafting of coverage opinions.

Duties

• Analyze complex insurance coverage issues.
• Draft coverage opinions, pleadings, and dispositive motions.
• Conduct discovery in commercial insurance coverage litigation.
• Participate in depositions and court conferences.

Requirements

• Minimum of seven years of relevant coverage experience.
• Admitted and in good standing in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
• Additional state admissions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
