• Duties
• Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions.
• Provide general representation of business entities, including corporations, partnerships, and LLCs.
• Assist in the formation and structuring of business entities.
• Engage in finance and private equity transactions.

• Requirements
• 3-5 years of corporate law experience.
• Strong background in mergers and acquisitions.
• Experience in business entity representation preferred.
• Knowledge of securities law is a plus.

• Education
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
