Requirements

  • Proven interest in managing financing transactions.
  • Experience in restructuring, workout, and bankruptcy is desirable.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the state bar in Maine or eligibility for admission.
