Duties

• Structure, document, and manage financing transactions from term sheet to closing.
• Collaborate with borrowers and lenders on diverse financing transactions.
• Engage in restructuring, workout, and bankruptcy matters as needed.

Requirements

• 4-7 years of substantive transactional experience in debt finance.
• Proven interest in managing financing transactions.
• Experience in restructuring, workout, and bankruptcy is desirable.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in Maine or eligibility for admission.
