Attorney needed for Omaha office

The candidate will support the firm's transactional practices, including commercial lending, real estate lending, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Should have prior experience as lead counsel on loan or mergers and acquisitions transactions, including drafting and negotiating documents, managing junior attorneys, conducting due diligence, and coordinating closings.

The candidate must have excellent academic credentials and have strong writing, analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Must be team-oriented, possess strong written and oral communication skills, and have a passion for client service and the drive to build new business for the Firm's transactional practices.
