A law firm in Miami is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney with a minimum of 6 years of experience specializing in environmental law, government contracting, and business regulation. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing legal expertise and strategic counsel to clients in these specific practice areas.

Duties:

• Provide legal counsel and representation in environmental law matters.
• Navigate government contracting processes, ensuring compliance and optimal outcomes for clients.
• Handle business regulation issues, offering strategic solutions to address legal challenges.
• Conduct legal research, analyze complex issues, and formulate effective legal strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and regulatory submissions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and provide tailored legal advice.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and other legal proceedings.
• Stay abreast of legal developments in environmental law, government contracting, and business regulation.
• Mentor and guide junior associates, contributing to their professional development.
• Participate in business development activities, including client outreach and networking.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in environmental law, government contracting, and business regulation.
• Proven track record of successfully handling complex legal matters in the specified practice areas.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
