A law firm seeks an Energy and Infrastructure Associate for its New York City, NY office. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in energy and infrastructure project finance, tax equity, and/or mergers and acquisitions.

Duties

• Participate in energy and infrastructure project finance transactions.
• Engage in tax equity structuring and analysis.
• Assist with mergers and acquisitions in the energy sector.
• Collaborate with a global team of attorneys.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of project finance and tax equity.
• Experience in mergers and acquisitions preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar in good standing.

Substantial billable hours is the primary way to get the big bucks and partnership consideration at this large New York firm.
