The candidate will be advising private companies on complex corporate law matters. Will serve in general corporate representation of start-ups, emerging growth enterprises, and venture capital funds. Must have experience working in a premier corporate practice. Exercise sound legal and business knowledge in working on a broad spectrum of cases and counseling clients with respect to ongoing matters needed. Bar Admission is preferred.
