Insurance Coverage Attorney

Seattle office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an insurance coverage attorney with 2-4 years of insurance coverage experience. The candidate will research and write coverage opinions providing legal advice to a wide array of insurance clients. Will review claim files, underlying claim materials, and policy language. Prepare comprehensive coverage analyses and Reservation of Rights letters. Annual billable hours requirement: 1,850. Should preferably have experience preparing insurance coverage opinions and litigating coverage and extra-contractual matters. License to practice law in Washington State and Federal courts preferred. Litigation experience is required; trial experience is preferred. Strong insurance knowledge is required.
