Duties

  • Advise on energy transition finance matters.
  • Handle transactions in financing and M&A of energy projects.
  • Manage tax equity and renewable energy tax credit monetization.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members effectively.

Requirements

  • Minimum 9 years of experience in energy transition finance.
  • Proven experience in tax equity and renewable energy tax credits.
  • Strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and management skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
