Litigation Of Counsel

Job Overview:
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a seasoned Litigation Of Counsel attorney with deep expertise in Daubert and Rule 702 motion practice. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in pharmaceutical and medical device product liability litigation and possess superior legal writing and strategic skills. This full-time position is available on a hybrid basis across several U.S. locations and offers a leadership role within a high-performing litigation team.

Location:

• Palo Alto, CA

Duties:

• Draft and revise discovery responses, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda

• Lead Daubert and Rule 702 motion practice across pharmaceutical and medical device litigation

• Supervise associates and contribute to team development

• Collaborate with clients and expert witnesses to shape case strategy

• Conduct fact development and support depositions

• Develop and implement legal strategies in complex product liability matters

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience

• Experience in an AmLaw 100 firm or similar high-caliber litigation environment preferred

• Extensive experience with Rule 702 and Daubert motion drafting and litigation

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical and medical device litigation

• Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise legal teams

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials required

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction

• Admission to the New York Bar is strongly preferred
