Litigation Family Law Attorney

A law firm is currently seeking a Litigation Family Law Attorney for its Richmond office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing family law cases, delivering exceptional client service, and contributing to practice enhancement. The Litigation Family Law Attorney will take charge of family law cases from initiation to resolution, ensuring client satisfaction through superior service and providing insights for practice improvement. The ideal candidate should hold a Juris Doctorate, have passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt, and preferably possess 1st chair experience in family law.

Duties:

• Manage family law cases proactively throughout their lifecycle
• Deliver superior customer service to clients, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews
• Provide recommendations for practice enhancements to practice managers
• Track accomplishments and client satisfaction metrics using practice quality software

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited university
• Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
• Preferably have 1st chair family law experience
• Licensed to practice law in the state of Virginia
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technical programs and software

Experience:

2-4 years of litigation experience

Education:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited university

Certifications:

Passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt
