Associate Attorney

Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience in personal injury, employment law, product liability and other consumer-oriented matters. The candidate must be able to take direction and assist in all phases of discovery and trial preparations. The ability to analyze case law and public law and apply it to current matters. Litigate cases in court before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). Draft and review employment agreements, contracts, company policies and employee handbooks. Effectively handle concurrent assignments and multiple deadlines. Must have an active member in good standing with the California State Bar. Must have experience in a client-facing position (whether in a legal capacity or otherwise).

The candidate must have a JD degree. Must be results-oriented with a high level of organization and ability to prioritize effectively. Must have the ability to work independently and make decisions supported with reasoned judgment. Must have a self-directed learner. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have strong critical thinking and analysis skills. Must be passionately and ethically committed to personal and professional development.
