The role requires at least 3 years of relevant patent preparation and prosecution experience, and candidates should hold a degree in biomedical or mechanical engineering. Duties:

• Conducting patent searches, analyzing prior art, and providing strategic patent counseling for clients in the medical devices and mechanical engineering fields.
• Drafting and prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO.
• Collaborating with inventors, engineers, and attorneys to gather necessary information for patent applications.
• Conducting interviews with patent examiners and participating in patent office actions and responses.
• Managing and maintaining client relationships related to patent prosecution matters.
• Staying abreast of changes in patent law and keeping clients informed about relevant developments.

Requirements:
