Job Overview: A law firm in New York City is seeking a Junior-to-Mid-Level White Collar Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience at a large law firm or well-regarded boutique, assisting with civil and criminal litigation, government investigations, and SEC enforcement cases.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
  • Assist in all civil and criminal litigation aspects, including case preparation, discovery, and trial support.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on case strategy and client counseling.
  • Analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience at a large law firm or well-regarded boutique.
  • Excellent academic credentials.
  • New York Bar admission is required.
  • Federal or state judicial clerkship and/or prior government/regulatory/prosecutorial experience is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, analytical ability, research, and writing skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New York Bar.
